Inspired by a very talented musician and former Worle School pupil, The Charlie Derrick Music Bursary has been set up to celebrate the special musical talent of individuals and to promote the necessary partnership between the musician and their teacher or supporter. The aim of the Bursary is to acknowledge the effort and commitment that needs to be shown by each of those parties in achieving a common goal of such high standards of musicianship.

Applicants are invited to confirm they are happy to support the Charlie Derrick music bursary at gigs they do in the future. Gigs can be promoted on the Footprint site. Simply email ryan@footprint.org.uk with the details.
